- 365Computers provides computer diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and related technical services.
- Services are carried out based on the issue reported by the customer and the condition of the device at the time of inspection.
- We do not guarantee that all faults can be repaired or that repairs will resolve issues unrelated to the agreed service.
Data & Software
- Customers are solely responsible for backing up all data before any service is carried out.
- 365Computers accepts no responsibility for data loss, corruption, or software issues arising before, during, or after repair.
- No guarantee is provided regarding software performance or data integrity following service.
Diagnostics & Fees
- A non-refundable diagnostic fee may apply where a fault is identified and the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair.
- Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated before work begins.
- No additional charges will be applied without customer approval.
Repairs & Unforeseen Issues
- During inspection or repair, previously undetectable issues may be discovered, including liquid damage, corrosion, or internal component failure.
- If additional work or costs are required beyond the original estimate, no further action will be taken without the customer's explicit approval.
Warranty
- A 90-day warranty applies strictly to the specific hardware repair or component replaced.
- This warranty does not cover unrelated faults, software issues, operating system errors, malware, liquid damage, accidental damage, or data loss.
- This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, the customer's statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
Pre-Existing Damage & Liability
- 365Computers is not responsible for pre-existing faults, cosmetic damage, or issues arising from prior repairs or third-party work.
- Where liability applies, it is strictly limited to the cost of the service provided.
